Privacy policy

Privacy Policy of the service is addressed to its users, hereinafter referred to as Users. It outlines the scope of personally identifiable information about the User that is collected by the service owner and the mechanisms ensuring their privacy (resulting from legal regulations). The Privacy Policy also fulfills the informational obligation towards the data subject (the User).

6. Informational Obligation

Modrzejewskiej 52, 75-734 Koszalin, Poland. b) User personal data is processed for the purposes described in point 3 of the Privacy Policy. c) Each User has the right to access and correct their data. d) Providing data by the User is not obligatory.

 

7. The Service's Policy on the Use of Cookies

 

a) Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for the use of the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number. b) The entity placing and accessing cookies on the User's end device is the service owner. c) The cookie mechanism is not used to acquire any information about service users or to track their navigation. 9. Securing User Data in the Service

 

A description of the technical and organizational security measures is contained in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the service owner. In particular, the following safeguards are used: a) Data automatically collected by the server is secured by an access authentication mechanism to the service. b) Data collected from users during the registration process is secured by an SSL protocol and an access authentication mechanism to the service. c) Access to the administration of the service is done using an authentication mechanism.

 

10. Information on Changes to the Privacy Policy

 

In the event of a change to the current Privacy Policy, appropriate modifications will be introduced to the content of the privacy policy.
